Email supportFrequently asked questions
- How do I add a family member?
- Open Family, tap Invite, and share the link or code. They create their account and join your care circle.
- How do I sign in?
- Nido uses magic links: enter your email and we send you a link to sign in. No password to remember.
- How do I export or delete my data?
- From Privacy you can download all of your information anytime, or request permanent deletion of your account.
- Who can see my information?
- Only you and the family members you invite. We don't sell your data or use it to train AI models.
- How does billing work?
- Nido starts with a free trial. When it ends you can keep viewing your family’s information and choose a plan to keep adding and editing. Manage or cancel anytime from your account — no long-term contract.
- My reminders aren’t arriving. What do I do?
- First, make sure notifications are turned on for Nido in your phone settings and that each medication has a time set. If they still don’t arrive, write to us at support@cques.ai with the medication name and we’ll check it.
- I forgot which email I used, or I can’t get in.
- Nido signs you in with a link sent to your email, so there’s no password to lose. If you’re not sure which email you used, or a family member set up your account, email support@cques.ai and we’ll help you recover access.
- Can I use Nido in Spanish?
- Yes. Nido is fully bilingual. Change the language anytime from the language toggle in the header or from your account settings — everything, including reminders, follows your choice.
- How do I reach a real person?
- Email support@cques.ai and a member of our team will reply — usually within one business day, sooner for anything urgent. There’s also a Send Feedback option in your account if you’d rather send a quick note from inside the app.
Nido is not a medical device
Nido helps you organize and coordinate your family's care. It does not provide diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment, and is not a substitute for a healthcare professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency services.
