Acceptance
By using Nido you accept these terms. If you do not accept, do not use the service.
Account and eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for the information you enter, including that of family members (with their consent when applicable).
Acceptable use
Do not use Nido for anything illegal, to abuse others, or for content not part of genuine family caregiving.
Subscription and payments
Nido offers a 14-day free trial. After that, the Familia subscription costs $14.99/month or $149/year. We process payments via Stripe at nido.cques.ai (not inside the mobile app). You can cancel anytime from Settings; your subscription will continue until the end of the paid period.
No medical advice
Nido is an organizational tool for families. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, does not treat, and does not replace healthcare professionals. Always rely on your doctor.
Limitation of liability
Nido is provided "as is". cques LLC is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
