Questions about paying
- How many people can I add?
- Your whole family. We don’t charge per person, so adding a sibling, a caregiver or a doctor doesn’t change the price.
- Do I need a card to try it?
- No. The 14 days ask for no card, and nothing charges you automatically when they end.
- What happens after the 14 days?
- Your data stays and you can keep viewing all of it. Adding new entries needs a plan.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime, from Settings. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
- What happens to my price when the founding period ends?
- Nothing. Families who join during the founding period keep $7.99 a month (or $79 a year) for as long as they keep their subscription. The list price of $14.99 a month applies only to families who join after the founding cohort.
- When does the founding period end?
- When the first 250 families have joined, or on a date we announce here at least 30 days ahead.
- What if I want to take my data with me?
- You can export your family’s data whenever you want, from Settings. It’s yours.
